TRAINING COURSES
We offer project management training courses as a REP of PMI®, or prepare for each of the Ceritifcation examination laid out by PMI®. We offer project management in the form of basic, intermediate and advanced training course. Whether it be the Fundamentals, Agile, Risk, PMO, Portfolio Management we have a set of courses that earn PDUs against PMI® membership. We also offer bespoke courses as required.
We also offer self mastery courses in Communication, Negotiation, Effective Meetings. Our Leadership series of one day training courses leads to certification. Following on from those who have done an MBA or wish to refresh, or learn how to take their business to the next level we offer a series of one day business mastery training course.
Most of our courses are in house with a small number of popular project management certification training courses offered on a calendar basis where anyone can attend.
Our in house training courses can be tailored as 1 day, 2 day, 3 day or 5 day courses to fit in for the requirements of a busy organisation.
GROUP COACHING WORKSHOPS
Specific coaching workshops in each of our four disciplines Business mastery, Leadership, Project Management and Self Mastery can be tailored and given in house as your organisation requires.

Our coaches provide one on one coaching and mentoring in any of the four disciplines whether it be specific to business, leadership, project management or self mastery, we can look at your desire to grow your career and job opportunities by being coached in a specific set of disciplines.
We can tailor the time and place that this is provided to suit your needs depending on the subject.

CERTIFICATION
We offer preparation for each of business, leadership, project management and self mastery.
Business we mainly offer an in house certification and a series of training and coaching.
Leadership we are developing specific certification program.
Project Management we prepare you for any of the PMI® certificates with PMP® being the most populate to date
Self Mastery we prepare you for NLP Practitioner, which we work with a partner company to provide certification.
