PSI Solutions started more than five years ago and split off from the combined recruitment company to focus on project management training.
PSI Solutions (PSIS) has been involved in the advancement and development of Project Management in Thailand for many years through it’s support of and participation in the Project Management Institute Bangkok, Thailand Chapter and provision of project management training courses. PSIS is the only private Global Registered Education Provider® certified by the Project Management Institute® in Thailand and an Education Affiliate of Corporate Education Group (CEG) for Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam and Sri Lanka to provide Project Management training courses.
We have also specialised in enterprise-wide program/project management, including the related disciplines of Earned Value Management (EVMS) and project portfolio management (PPM).
PSI Solutions delivers expert project management training, technology and consulting services to help your organization and its people perform to maximum potential.
In 2014 we expanded are strategy to become a Corporated Education Provider and have provided Finance, Soft Skills, and other courses other than Project Management. We have also provided Time management solutions including Time Control software to a large number of corporate clients. We also consulting and provided coaching in Podio a collaborative work management system for an NGO and are now an authorised Podio Partner.
In 2015 we have extended our offerings to include providing complete Competency including designing maturity levels and competency levels so that training, coaching and support can be given to a level of certification. Our four main competencies now include as well as Project Management, Leadership, Self Mastery and Business Mastery.
