Disciplined Agile (DA) Scrum Master Workshop

Disciplined Agile Scrum Master is a nine-lesson, instructor-led course that shows you how to use Disciplined Agile to improve your team's Wow. In just 2 days, you'll become familiar with foundational agile and lean practices that DA supports, practice using the DA tool kit to solve problems and learn how to build high-performance teams.

This course is also appropriate for teams that wish to work together to learn DA and customize their WOW. This course is designed to set a strong yet agnostic foundation for agile including Kanban, SAFe®, Scrum, and Lean, all rounded off with the Disciplined Agile practice. No Agile experience is necessary. From project managers to business leaders to team members, this class is designed to educate students on the core fundamentals of Agile and Lean. Students will learn about PMI's Disciplined Agile Toolkit and leave this training with skills they can apply to their business and project immediately.
